CNC Mill Set-Up
- Set up modern CNC mills in a fast-paced, high-precision job shop environment.
Requirements:
- You must be able to set up and verify programs on CNC Mills before production.
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Fadal controls is preferred.
- You must be able to set up and operate 4th & 5th axis machines.
- You must have the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision.
- You must be able to read and interpret drawings and manufacturing process sheets.
- You must be able to work with tight tolerances ±.0002"
- You must be proficient in using, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and height gages.
- This position requires standing for up to 8 hours per day and lifting up to 35lbs.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years of precision machining/set-up experience is required.
- $20 - $30/hour (commensurate with experience)

CNC Lathe Programmer
- Create Programs for modern CNC Lathes in a fast-paced, high-precision job shop environment.
Requirements:
- You must have a thorough knowledge of CNC Lathe programming using CAD/CAM software.
- FeatureCAM software experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma controls is preferred.
- Experience working with customer-supplied digital datasets in multiple formats is preferred.
- You must have the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision.
- You must be able to read and interpret drawings and manufacturing process sheets.
- You must be able to work with tight tolerances ±.0001"
- You must be proficient in using, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and height gages.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with using manual and powered deburring tools.
- Superior manual dexterity is required.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawing requirements and specifications.
- You must be able to work with a microscope with up to 40x magnification.
- You must have the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision.
- This position requires standing for up to 8 hours per day and lifting up to 35lbs.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of deburring experience is preferred.
- $16 - $20/hour (commensurate with experience)

Machinist Trainee
Requirements:
